Description - This winter our Director of Coaching, along with his staff, will be offering Elite Indoor winter training sessions every Friday night in Stepney Elementary School in Monroe.

Throughout the winter we will work on a variety of techniques with each age group working from a specific curriculum to ensure maximum touches and ongoing development. The curriculum has been cultivated by picking 'best practice' techniques from a variety of countries where Rich has previously worked including Scotland, Spain, England, Ireland, China, Singapore and the USA.

Our curriculum is designed in such a way that it will individually affect every player in attendance through exciting and developmentally challenging weekly sessions. The indoor sessions will also involve the use of futsal balls - which eliminates the bounce on the harder surface and is proven to provide more contact time for the players with the ball.

Working hard over the longest season of the year will help the players to bridge the gap between the fall and spring seasons, allowing the players to start the spring season on the 'front foot'. The more time we allow players to work with and conquer the ball along with the many decision making opportunities that the players must overcome will ultimately help in making a more complete all round player. Winter is an ideal time to work on our technique within the tighter closed environment ensuring quicker decisions must be made!

These dates have been specifically selected to allow players recovery and rest after the fall season while allowing member families time to enjoy the holiday break.
